About the Client:
OmegaLab partnered with the client to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM (Supply Chain Management) to oversee the entire production cycle, from material planning to warehousing and distribution. Utilizing AI/ML, the platform was enhanced to optimize scheduling, predict equipment failures, and ensure efficient warehouse operations, including the deployment of a warehouse initiation wizard for demand surges and stock tracking.
