To simplify citizen interactions with government authorities and enhance the transparency of all processes, the digital transformation of public services was initiated. The primary objective of the project was to create a user-friendly, fast, and secure system built on the Hyperledger Fabric blockchain platform, ensuring high transparency and data security. A team of 7 IT specialists was involved in the implementation of the project.

About the Project:

Before the project's implementation, the citizens of Côte d'Ivoire faced several challenges when accessing government services:

• Complex and slow interactions with government agencies;
• Lack of transparency in document processing;
• High bureaucracy and excessive paperwork;
• Risk of unauthorized data changes.

The project's goal was to improve the convenience and speed of obtaining government services while minimizing the risk of incorrect document changes and ensuring maximum transparency in all processes.

• Reduced the volume of paper-based documents;
• Created a unified interaction architecture between government agencies;
• Increased public trust and loyalty toward government institutions.
