About the Client:
OmegaLab developed an adaptive web application for the client to streamline procurement, parts ordering, and warranty claims for heavy machinery dealerships. Additionally, OmegaLab implemented Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for end-to-end automation of order processing, invoicing, and supplier relationship management, enabling significant time and cost savings.

The web application was designed to enable easy parts ordering, warranty claim management, and real-time stock tracking. Built with a headless CMS, the platform allowed for smooth updates and content scalability across desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

Using UiPath, OmegaLab automated invoice extraction, validation, and data entry into the client’s internal systems. The RPA solution also seamlessly pulled order data like pricing, quantity, and purchasing trends for faster processing and better procurement planning.
