The goal was to create a robust, scalable service that could be packaged and sold as a standalone product. This would allow users to transfer money quickly and securely, while enabling the client to efficiently manage resources and cut development costs.

The primary tasks for this project included:
  • Business analysis: Conducting an in-depth analysis of European financial regulations and compliance requirements to ensure the product would meet all legal standards.
  • Developing a money transfer service: Creating a white-label solution for European markets, allowing users to transfer funds between individuals across borders securely and efficiently.
  • Resource optimization: Reusing part of the client's existing microservices infrastructure to ensure faster processing times and lower operational costs. The new system needed to offer improved performance, with a focus on scalability and speed.
