The client is a Poland-based logistics company specializing in cargo transportation and comprehensive transportation management solutions (TMS). The TMS platform is widely used by logistics operators, warehouse managers, and distribution companies seeking efficient solutions for managing shipments within Poland and across international routes.
About the Client:
LCL Network engaged us to upgrade its existing TMS, aiming to enhance cargo management and streamline business processes. The project required modernizing key modules, expanding functionalities to support efficient logistics operations, and improving integrations with external systems to build a more reliable and adaptable platform. A team of 12 IT specialists was involved in the implementation of the project.
Project Overview
The client outlined the following objectives:
  • Warehouse Management: Update warehouse tracking to optimize shipping transparency and inventory control.
  • Billing Optimization: Implement new billing features to enable invoice generation, payment registration, and internal billing management.
  • Reporting Automation: Develop automated service and customs debt reporting.
  • Integration: Support connections to digital maps, telematics, and external platforms like ERP, WMS, and CRM systems.
  • Notification System: Set up automated notifications for shipments and transport statuses.
  • SENT Reporting: Implement a module to meet Polish regulatory requirements for SENT compliance in freight reporting.
The release of the MVP version of the product takes 8 months, the full version – 12 months.

Integrated the TMS with the mSPEED mobile app, enabling on-site data exchanges for drivers, leading to faster cargo updates and seamless coordination.

Shipment Notifications
