How Things Stood

Stability is a hugely important aspect for any casino, and needs to be maintained throughout the iGaming experience. This is especially essential when it comes to a customer's money. Online casinos that are able to be consistent with their bets and transfers can maximise the loyalty of their customers, because they prove themselves to be trustworthy platforms.

Interrupted bets and transfers to or from casinos is a major cause of lost players. However, by creating a stable gaming environment, with reliable bets and money transfers that customers have faith in, casinos can guarantee a positive outcome.

When players enter an online gambling site, they want a seamless experience that focuses on the excitement and thrill of gameplay rather than on long and dull administrative processes like payments.

Stable payment and betting technologies promote an overall positive playing experience, and so it is essential that iGaming operators install seamless operating systems that avoid friction points and keep customers focusing on gameplay, rather than on admin.

Our Plan of Action

Our mission was to create new systems for automatically analyzing incidents of interrupted bets or transfers to and from casinos. This would increase the level of stability for our clients' platforms, improving player loyalty and focusing on retention.

We worked on the module for integrating casinos and wallets. For this, we required relevant experience of various integrations, primarily seamless wallets and separate wallets.

Customers would often come across obstacles and friction points when making money transfers between their wallet and their gaming account. Our task was to develop and integrate a module for identifying and alleviating interruption rates for the casino's integration and their wallet service.

Automatic betting and transfer systems are the perfect tool to achieve this, because manual analysis of emerging errors tends to be very time and resource-consuming.
The Challenges We Overcame

For platforms with high levels of traffic, highly loaded systems can be a major network problem. From time to time, both services (wallet service and casino) may become unavailable, which is incredibly damaging for the operator's processing abilities. By increasing the stability and reliability of the systems provided we would be able to address these issues.

In cases of network errors, bets or money transfer operations between the wallet and the game account can become stuck in an unknown status, and it is unknown whether they are completed successfully or not. It then becomes necessary to make a decision on what to do with them. Manual parsing is time-consuming in many cases, and so it was important for us to avoid this, and speed up the process by developing a module for automatic decision making.

Here are four key challenges, and our solutions to them:

1) The features of the wallet service

We needed to work with different implementations, including those that, in the event of undefined errors, may not return the final status of an operation for a long time. These may include cases in which the wallet service is available and working on some operations, although the status may be unknown.

2) Integration features

This required knowledge, experience and implementation of seamless wallet and separate wallets to increase customer convenience and ease of transaction.

3) Different strategies for choosing between automatic and manual methods

It's key to be able to account for the direction of the movement of funds. For example, the charges that are stuck or delayed can be directed to the user for manual analysis and automatically process the charges.

4) Tracking the time taken and the number of attempts to achieve the final status

It is important to keep account of the number of suspended transactions per unit of time. If there happens to be a large number of operations in an unknown status over a period of time, this may be a sign of some kind of global failure among partners. If this happens, we can stop the automation to make sure that the external systems are working correctly.

The Difference We Made

The new system for automatically analyzing incidents of interrupted bets or transfers will help to alleviate any issues by ensuring the uninterrupted flow of the money transfer system, even with an ever-growing number of users. With a focus on stability and consistency through our supreme technology and knowledge of the technical processes, we can minimise customer friction points and promise a smooth ride for our clients' customers when it comes to payments, transfers and bets.

This will help iGaming operators to handle more traffic, more payments and more bets, enhancing the overall gaming experience and keeping the players locked into the gaming environment.
